PHOENIX (AP) -- Court records show Phoenix
police have broken up another ring of luggage thieves at Sky Harbor
International Airport.

Sabrina Marie Zotter was arrested at her
home in Mesa by police on Wednesday. Court records say the 36-year-old
was caught on videotape stealing luggage at least four times between
July and
January.

Police went to her home and recovered 20
pieces of luggage; another 10 pieces were found at an unidentified
co-defendant's home. Zotter was booked on four counts each of burglary
and theft of
luggage valued at nearly $12,000.

In December,
police arrested a couple they accused of stealing nearly 1,000 pieces
of luggage at the airport.

The airport then began conducting
random luggage checks and increased security.
